Castor seed oil is pressed from the seeds of Ricinus communis and is uniquely rich in ricinoleic acid, a fatty acid that gives it its distinctive structure and performance. It lifts away impurities while maintaining barrier integrity, creating a thorough cleanse without tightness or disruption.

Around the eye area, castor oil’s cushioning texture provides slip and comfort, helping dissolve mascara and long-wear pigments gently while reducing friction on delicate skin.
