Order Preparation
Each Eliara order is prepared with care in our Northern California studio.
Please allow 1 to 3 business days for processing prior to shipment. During launches, limited releases, or seasonal volume, processing times may extend slightly as each order is fulfilled with attention to detail.
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Domestic Shipping — United States
We are pleased to offer complimentary standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $100.
Orders below $100 ship at a flat rate calculated at checkout.
Standard delivery typically arrives within 3 to 7 business days after shipment. Delivery timelines are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.
Expedited options may be available at checkout.
International Shipping
Please allow 2 to 5 business days for international order processing.
Delivery timelines will vary depending on destination and selected carrier service. Transit time begins once your order has shipped.
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout and reflect the actual carrier rate.
Recipients are responsible for all duties, taxes, customs fees, and import charges imposed by their country. These fees are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost and must be paid directly to the carrier or customs authority upon delivery.
International delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by customs processing.
Warm Weather Shipping
Because many Eliara formulations are rich in pure plant oils and butters, they remain sensitive to extreme temperatures.
During periods of elevated heat, and in select regions, we may ship orders by air service to preserve product integrity. This may result in adjusted shipping timelines or rates at checkout.
If your product arrives softened due to transit temperatures, allow it to return naturally to room temperature before opening. Texture changes caused by heat do not compromise efficacy or quality.
Our priority is always to ensure your order arrives in optimal condition.
Address & Delivery
Please review your shipping information carefully before completing your purchase. Eliara is not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect or incomplete address details.
Once a package is marked delivered by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the recipient. If you believe your package has been lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the marked delivery date.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Returns & Credits
If for any reason your purchase is not aligned with your expectations, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery for a credit.
To be eligible:
- Items must be purchased directly from eliara.com
- Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery
- Products must be gently used or unopened
Once your return is received and approved, a digital credit will be issued via email. The credit does not expire and may be applied toward any future Eliara purchase.
We reserve the right to decline returns that do not meet these guidelines.
