The Method

Add the desired amount to a warm bath as it fills, approximately 2 to 6 tablespoons. Swirl to dissolve the mineral crystals, then soak for 15 to 20 minutes, breathe deeply, and relax. Remove larger botanical particles before draining, or place the soak into a muslin tea bag prior to bathing. Rinse lightly if desired and pat skin dry. Follow with Golden Harmony to seal in moisture.

The Ingredients

The Practice

Begin by dimming the lights to signal the transition from momentum to rest. Use The Energetic Flow with light, long, deliberate strokes toward the heart to awaken circulation and encourage lymphatic movement. As the bath fills, add Ethereal Immersion and allow the mineral rich salts to dissolve into warm water.

On clean, dry facial skin, apply Divine Haven in a generous layer, then step into the bath. Soak for 15 to 20 minutes, breathing slowly and allowing warmth to soften the shoulders, jaw, and abdomen as the mask restores comfort to the skin.

After bathing, rinse lightly if desired and pat skin dry. While the skin is still slightly damp, massage Golden Harmony into the body using slow, upward strokes to replenish lipids and reinforce the barrier. This ritual moves from stimulation to immersion to nourishment, creating a clear and intentional shift into calm.
