THE OUTCOME
Rooted in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) and the practice of auricular acupressure
Applied to targeted acupressure points on the outer ear
Promotes a sense of calm and relaxation
Supports nervous system regulation
Encourages restful sleep
Helps release facial and jaw tension
Supports emotional balance
Provides gentle, ongoing acupressure throughout the day
Creates an accessible, wearable approach to everyday wellbeing
The Method
Apply the adhesive ear seeds to the corresponding acupressure points shown on your selected protocol. Once applied, activate the points throughout the day by gently pressing each seed for 30–60 seconds while breathing slowly. Wear for up to 3–5 days, then remove and allow the skin to rest before reapplying.
THE INTENTION
I’m always looking for ways to calm and support my nervous system, and I began using ear seeds years ago as part of that practice. I wanted to offer a version that felt more beautiful and enjoyable to wear, while still providing the benefits of targeted auricular acupressure.
THE DEVOTEE
For those seeking a beautiful, non-invasive way to incorporate auricular acupressure into their daily practice to support calm, balance, restful sleep, and overall wellbeing.
The Pairing
Use The Meridian Wand - Acupressure Reflexology Tool to gently stimulate targeted acupressure points on the ear before applying The Auricle Gems, preparing each point for continued stimulation from the ear seeds.

03 · Stimulate
Use The Meridian Wand – Acupressure Reflexology Tool to gently stimulate the targeted acupressure points on the ear.
04 · Apply
Follow your chosen ear map and apply The Auricle Gems to the selected points.
05 · Activate
Throughout the day, gently press each seed while taking slow, intentional breaths.
06 · Restore
Remove after 3–5 days, or sooner if the area becomes irritated or uncomfortable, and allow the skin time to rest before your next application.
For best adhesion: after cleansing, wipe the specific areas of application with alcohol and allow the skin to dry completely before applying the seeds.
Auricular acupressure has been shown to significantly reduce anxiety in clinical research.
A meta-analysis of 25 studies involving 1,909 participants found a significant reduction in anxiety following auricular acupressure.
A systematic review of ear seed and pellet therapy found an average increase in total sleep time of approximately 56 minutes compared with sham/placebo treatment.
Sleep efficiency improved by approximately 13 percentage points in the same analysis.
Participants fell asleep approximately 10 minutes faster on average.
Auricular acupressure was associated with fewer nighttime awakenings and improved overall sleep quality.
A more recent meta-analysis of 23 randomized controlled trials involving 1,689 participants also found significant improvements in sleep quality with auricular acupressure.
Across the recent sleep analysis, no serious adverse events were reported.
Overall, the evidence is promising, particularly for anxiety and sleep, although researchers note that study quality varies and additional high-quality clinical trials are needed.
